Here we are: nearly Memorial day already! Work on the second Power Hat Project piece is well under way, and it will soon be finished! Black polka dot on white: classic for summer! Where will this one be going? Where and when will it be available, and which organization will be helped? Check back for all these details, and for photos of the finished fascinator.
